STALMIKA

Industrial Fencing

KRONOSPAN

KRONOSPAN, an Austrian company producing wood-based prefabricates, approached us with an order to manufacture fencing for a complete production line, including machine guards. The project was based on precise documentation of the existing production line.

The Challenge

The ready project was to include a comprehensive solution tailored to all installed machines. The assembly was to be simple and intuitive, and the components were organized on pallets in a way that eliminated any doubts integrators might have about connecting elements. The paint coating was adapted for C3 environments.

STALMIKA SAFETY’s modular production line fencing system allows for easy and precise design of structures. We detailed the quantity of panels, posts, and other accessories in our offer. This way, the client is able to transparently acquaint themselves with the prices of individual modules and calculate the costs of future expansion of the machinery park.

The project planned for the production of over 2,500 safety shield modules along with posts and about 180 gates within 4 weeks.

Short deadline

The major challenge was the very tight deadline, which coincided with the Christmas vacation. We knew that any downtime for the facility would mean huge costs for the investor.

We decided to help.

Implementation

The entire order was delivered to the customer in 4 trucks, with the transport planned such that installation could begin from the first delivery.

Safety fences for the production line are powder-coated and stacked on top of each other on a dedicated pallet. If not properly secured, they easily become scratched and damaged, losing not only aesthetic qualities but, most importantly, anticorrosive properties.

Success

Our panels have journeyed far beyond the borders of Poland. Number of items reclaimed: 0! Completion time: 20 business days.

Effective communication with the client played a crucial role in the timely and successful completion of the order, from defining the order, through consultations at the project stage, to determining delivery conditions.
