STALMIKA

Steel Components

We were approached by a representative of a company specializing in animal farming solutions with a proposal for cooperation.

Our client was looking for a reliable and trustworthy partner to supply steel components for their ongoing projects. A key condition for starting the collaboration was an in-person meeting with the company’s owners and a presentation of our production capabilities.

Challenge

After reviewing the technical documentation and learning about the environment in which the steel components would be used, it was clear to us that the biggest challenge would be ensuring effective corrosion protection and the durability of welds. Another critical aspect was organizing transportation that required precise loading and secure packaging of the goods.

Our Offer

We presented our offer during a meeting at STALMIKA headquarters. Our partners were then invited for a tour of our production facility. The result? A large order placed in the very first year of our cooperation.

In developing the standardization sheets, we paid particular attention to the quality of welds.

All our employees have welding certifications, and their work is controlled by a person with the highest qualifications confirmed by TUV. Producing solid posts to the standard expected by the client was, therefore, not a problem.

Given the demanding operating conditions – high humidity and exposure to corrosive substances – we chose hot-dip galvanizing as the optimal protection method. To ensure top quality, we worked with reputable galvanizing plants certified under ISO quality management standards.

The Vision Became Reality

Because of the specific nature of these deliveries and the need to safeguard the goods in transit, we developed an efficient packaging and transportation system to guarantee that our products reach the client in perfect condition.

Did we meet the partner’s expectations? Was he satisfied with the order execution? Have we proved to be a loyal and reliable supplier? Looking back, we can confidently say “YES.”
